Hooray!!! Our bed came today. All wrapped and strapped, and organized into boxes.
My husband and I put it together, even though it was a weeknight – It was way easier than we expected, and the way you have the hardware packaged is genius. The directions were really easy to follow. The bed looks great, and I can’t believe the floor space it opened up in my son’s bedroom. My son is happy and we are very happy, too.
My husband’s two favorite thing: you included an allen wrench bit for our electric drill, and you have the bedslats connected with fabric tape.
Thanks for the stellar customer service and quick delivery. Thanks for making a product that is every bit as good as you hope it will be.
I don’t think we will buy another bed from you anytime soon, but that is just because this one is for our only child still at home and it will last a very, very long time.

Just had to write- this is my 2nd purchase of bunkbeds from your company and could not be happier- i had bought the discovery twin/full bunk bed with trundle in 2003 for my son- and just absolutely loves it. so when it was time to get bunk beds for my girl's room, and saw the white bunkbeds, knew they would be perfect for their room. As always, everything is packed so safely and sturdy on the pallet. The directions for putting the bunkbed together are easy to understand, and the boxes are marked according to how to put the bunk together- which is reall great- in fact, I put the entire bed together while my husband was at work- he just had to help me lift the top bunk on when he got home. I am writing to tell you how wonderful our experience of purchasing, receiving, and assembling our all-in-one full-over-twin-loft-bed has been.
From my first call when I spoke with Drew, to the quick shipping from Florida to Maryland, to the polite delivery by the freight service, to the easy assembly with great instructions, we simply could not be happier.
It really made a difference to know that Drew could actually check inventory for me while I was on the phone. We were in a time-crunch, and your ability to ship quickly made all the difference.
The freight service was customer-service oriented as well. The called quickly, were friendly, and scheduled the delivery at my convenience. When they arrived the driver put the boxes (all six of them, and boy were they heavy) in our garage, and refused the tip my wife tried to give him.
The boxes were labeled so well that we were easily able to know where to start, and what to open step-by-step. Having the hardware (the nuts and bolts) separated into made the assembly process so simple. We were quickly able to see if we had done something correctly, or incorrectly, and fix any problems before we got to the next step.
Drew's instructions (that were e-mailed ahead of time) were both hilarious and helpful. It made light of the challenges of large assembly projects. It made the preparation process fun, and we were actually looking forward to the day of assembly.
In the end, it only took my son (15 years old) and myself about four hours (including breaks each hour) to complete the project. We had the mattresses and sheets on the bed a few minutes later, and were able to show-off to my wife and daughters earlier than expected. Now my girls are hoping that when they are a bit older that they will have such a fun bed in their room.
My son loves the finish of the bed, very 15-year-old style. And our daughters love it as much as he does, so it would be good for a girl's room or a boy's room. And as he is growing the full-over-twin allows him to have a larger bed than a traditional bunk-bed or all-in-one would have allowed.
Even the clean-up was easy, because all of the other boxes and debris fit neatly into the largest box, and that only required one trip to the curb on garbage day.
In short, your price is fair compared to all competition, the all-in-one unit offers great value compared to the purchase of each part separately, it is a great space saver, the kids love it, it was easy for me assemble, the delivery men were great. We are completely satisfied.

Just put out full/twin beds together this week end, and THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL!
The whole process was flawless! Your website is very easy to navigate, and the pictures of the beds were really helpful in making a choice. The over-all flavor of the website was one of caring that your customers have a really good experience from beginning to end. I also liked the description of the finishes, and felt all of my questions were answered without having to email you. We felt we knew exactly what to expect. Your tips were useful, and you actually made it fun for us! The beds arrived lightening-fast, and the delivery company called to let us know when they were being delivered in plenty of time to make arrangements. The boxes were on the palette just as we expected, and they were in perfect condition. When we opened the boxes, we were VERY impressed with the quality. My husband is 60 and I am 55, and we put the beds together in slightly less then one hour. (We have put cabinets and other pieces of furniture together, so we know how awful it can be if the fit is not good). Our most favorite part, if we had to choose, was that ALL OF THE PIECES WERE THERE! YAY!

I received our dollhouse bed last week and was able to put it up last Saturday. Everything went perfect and the bed came out wonderful. The picture doesn't do it justice I am very impressed on how attractive this bed it is. You were very wise about explaining that it takes 2 hours to put the bed together (if your Bob Vila) it took my husband and I approximately 4 hours but all in all went together rather smoothly.
I also appreciate Scott's help with the shipping company damaging the first bed we received. He called me numerous times for updates on sending a replacement bed. I have nothing but good things to say to you about your company's handling of things when that problem came up. I would definitely recommend you to others.

We received our twin loft last Thursday. It is our gift to our daughter for her birthday. Saturday we were able to assemble it. We are very pleased with the quality of the materials. Our daughter loves it! She even helped put it together, which was terrific Dad/Daughter bonding experience.

I just wanted to let you know that the furniture parts arrived last Monday. The Estes Express Line truck driver was very impressed by how well you package your furniture, and so was I. He had delivered some other Discovery World Furniture in the area last week, too. It all arrived in excellent shape and I am very pleased with the customer service of both Discovery World Furniture and Estes Express.
My daughter and I set up one of the loft beds that same day, and the instructions were quite easy to follow. My other daughter and I set up the other loft bed on Friday night. That installation also went smoothly. She is very comfortable sleeping in her new loft bed, and I'm sure our exchange student (who arrives in 2 weeks) will be comfortable sleeping in the other one.

I purchased the Discovery Loft bed. It came delivered on a pallet with all the boxes and a twin mattress shrink wrapped. Assembly was an excellent experience with everything labeled by steps and packaged seperately accordingly! I did the assembly myself that took 3 hours. However, I do recommend having a helper...if not for cutting the assembly time down at least for lifting the top bunk into place :) I love this product and highly recommend buying. Excellent work guys!!
