After a few disagreements with the freight company, which YOU took care of very nicely; I finally received my grandchildren's All in One loft beds. Reading previous testimonials, I definitely agree that the packaging was excellent. I'm not sure why it is taking others so long to assemble the unit, but I put this together in UNDER 4 hours, working ALONE. The "hard" stuff was already assembled (drawer units).
This is the most amazing piece of furniture I've ever seen! Makes me want to be a kid again! I give an A+ for both service and quality, and my gratitude for solving the 2 children in a small bedroom problem! Thank You!

We ordered the Shaker Full/Twin All in one bed for our 5 year old son. We searched extensively on the Internet and found that your price was definitely the best, especially with the free shipping. The order arrived fairly quickly, 3 or 4 days, I think, and arrived very well packaged and undamaged. We were very impressed with the quality of the product and I was especially impressed with the way that the product was packaged. We have ordered several pieces of furniture online and none were packed as well as this!
The assembly was not too bad, once we got going. Just keep in mind that when putting this thing together, some parts that go together are not packed together in the same box.
We split the assembly over a couple of nites after work, working at an easy pace. I suppose two people could finish in maybe 2 or 3 hours if pressed for time. The end product was very nice and remarkably solid. Our son loves his new room, as it opened u p an otherwise cramped room so now he has play space, more drawers, an extra bed for sleep-overs and a desk! We would defintitely recommend this bed! Spend the extra money and get the double/twin, it doesnt take up any extra space on the floor and gives you more options.

I am very pleased with my recent furniture purchase. My son's room was extremely cramped until we purchased the low loft bed with the six drawers below. He has so much more room to entertain his friends and play video games. His 26" television and x-box fit perfectly in the matching armoire. We finally received everything today. Yippee! Boy, I have to admit that I've never received furniture on a pallet before, but it gave me an opportunity to use muscles I've never used before. Talk about working off a few pounds (smile). Every single one of the pieces is beautiful! My husband and I put together the bunk beds, which was so easy to do. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the WONDERFUL customer service you provided and for the special care that was taken to wrap each of the pieces of furniture. My husband couldn't believe how well everything was packaged. Also, we greatly appreciate you getting us the furniture delivered on the exact day we needed it.
