Hi Lisa, I got all the boxes and the merchandise arrived in perfect condition!  I set the bed up on Thursday night with the help of my brother-in-law. I just wanted to tell you and everyone there that the bed is gorgeous, I love it! Oh and by the way, my daughter loves it too! I couldn't be happier with the purchase, the speed of delivery, the quality of wood and the "coolness" of the design. Our bedrooms are so small that a regular size loft bed wouldn't fit, so your unique design fits perfectly. Thanks again

Everything was great. I appreciate you letting me know what to expect every step of the way (payment, shipping etc). This purchase was larger than I usually make through the internet. Your excellent communication took a lot of the stress away. I completed my order on Monday and recieved my bed just after lunch on Thursday. Old Dominion delivered the pallet in exactly the condition you described with no apparent damage. I opened most of the boxes just to glance into them and found no problems. I hope to have it assembled in the next few days. Your web site gave me every reason to believe this would be a smooth transaction and indeed it was. I found shellac easier to apply than tung oil, much faster drying, and it doesn't stink up your house for 2 weeks. Just vent while you're applying and for another 2 hours and you're good to go. The first bed I finished in Formby's tung oil, and was ready to go in six days. The second bed I finished in Bulls Eye shellac and it was ready to go the night I got the bed.

I received the Shaker Twin/Twin All-in-One Loft Bunk Beds today from Saia Transportation with no damage. I assembled it in the evening with no problems. Our little girl and my wife really love the look of it. Thank you very much for a great bed.

We received my son's All In One Loft bed yesterday. The order process was great from start to finish. I felt like your company was truly following this loft bed from factory to home. It arrived as stated, in 9 boxes on a pallet. The driver from Estes Trucking assisted in getting the boxes into our garage. There was one dent in the front piece of the trundle section but that could have happened during the unpacking process. The loft went together very well. The instructions were fairly user friendly. I would recommend labeling the wood pieces as well as the individual hardware types. All said and done it took us a total of 3 hours to put the loft bed together and my 9 year old son is as excited as can be. Our dog, who used to sleep with my son on his regular bed has taken to sleeping on the trundle bed. We pull it out for her at night and push it back in in the morning. It's a great product and I am sure my son will enjoy it for many years to come.

I ordered your "Natalie" collection for my beautiful, and only, grandaughter Breonna Urspringer. It was delivered on December 27. Since my grandaughter is only 16 months old, my daughter called to tell me it is absolutely spectacular; I haven't seen it yet.
