Hello I recently ordered the all in one bed. The full on top and the trundle on the bottom. I do have to admit the shipping people were terrible to deal with. To be exact the lady who called me to set up delivery was terrible to put it mildly. She made the whole process of setting up delivery as hard as possible. Yet when the driver arrived he was spectacular. Polite, very helpfull and patient.
Now on on the putting the bed together. I have put together alot of pieces in my time but this was outrageously simple. You have the directions and tips down to a science. I can't say Thank You enough. My husband, myself and my father in law put it together Christmas eve after my son went to bed and then we put him in the bed while he was asleep so he thought santa put him in his new bed. This whole thing would not have been possible if the directions to the bed had not been so detailed and organized. Once again Thank You so very much. I would most definetly order again from your company. Happy New Year!!

The loft bed that I ordered was shipped in 48 hours, and it arrived by truck in four(4) days by a freindly driver that helped unload the bed. Just as advertised and I am very happy with how smooth everything went.

loft bed. My wife, son, and I tag-teamed it and got 'r done, even
though it wasn't in under 2 hours. (I had to let them use the cordless
drill every so often so efficiency dropped!)

We wanted to let you know that our Discovery Twin over Full bunks (along with the bookshelves) arrived ahead of schedule. We were so thrilled with the excellent quality. My husband and I agreed that the pieces look better "in person" than in the picture. Our little ones LOVE their new bed and can't wait to have a sleepover since it can comfortably sleep 4 people! Side note: Our neighbors came to see the bunk and were shocked at the great deal we received. They were well aware that beds like these sell for much higher in retail stores.

i just wanted to let you know, your loft bed is superB !! i bought this for my son ( 6 years old)... and for weeks, he has been in his room "exploring his new bunk bed ". His just loves to sleep in the cubby area! thank you so very much, you have made a mother and son extremely happy!! great job !!

We just got to set up the All-in-one bed that was delivered in mid-June. Everything arrived in great condition. Set-up went smoothly with good directions and all parts well marked. I ordered the twin over full bunks, requesting delivery after June 1st due to moving into a new home. Bunks were shipped May 31st, arrived in CA. June 6th. Due to phone problems the delivery company could not reach us, so Tony emailed me and gave me a number to call for the final delivery, how nice of Tony to let me know. Thanks Tony! The bunks arrived two days later and they are beautiful. It took us just about 2 1/2 hrs to put together. They are very well made, look great and we are loving them. Friends who have seen them have asked for your link so they could order also. Hope they find what they are looking for as well. I cannot say enough about the quality, ease of instructions and putting together and the customer service I've received...people might think I work for you. We are very very happy and cannot say enough to equal our delight!

We received our order, and except that the instructions weren't included, everything was fine. I was able to download the instructions off of a different website, after talking with Drew. Very helpful customer service, and good quality at a good price. The Discovery Full/twin went together in about 2.5 hours x 2 adults.
